The service and its publisher

IndexGlow (indexglow.com) is published by Max Bryselbout, an individual, at 82 avenue de Bretagne, 59000 Lille, France. The publication director is Max Bryselbout. Contact: .

Hosting provider: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Telephone: +33 (0)9 72 10 10 07.

These terms govern use of the IndexGlow website, reports and hosted MCP connection. IndexGlow is independent software and is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft or the providers of the assistants it supports.

What IndexGlow provides

IndexGlow connects Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to supported AI assistants and provides reports for inspecting search performance, indexing, crawling and sitemaps. It retrieves data and computes comparisons and other metrics when you or an authorised assistant request them.

Only features currently available in the application are included. Other search engines, scheduled monitoring and automatic email reports are not included in this version. Demonstration data is labelled and does not describe a real website's performance.

Google, Microsoft and assistant providers control their own services, availability, API quotas and subscription requirements. You are responsible for any separate subscriptions needed to use your chosen assistant.

Your account and authorisations

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. Connect only accounts and properties you are entitled to access. If you act for an organisation or a client, you must have authority to grant the relevant access.

An authorised assistant can query all readable Search Console properties and verified Bing sites available through your connected accounts. Selecting a property for an example question does not restrict its access. Review a client's identity and permissions before approving it.

Access is read-only by default. If you enable management for Google or Bing, you and your authorised assistants may submit or delete sitemap entries on that search engine and, for Bing, submit URLs within the quota Bing sets. Review such actions carefully: removing an entry from Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools does not remove the sitemap file from your website, and a submitted URL is not guaranteed to be crawled or indexed.

Revoke credentials you no longer use. If you suspect unauthorised access, disconnect the affected client and contact . Do not send credentials in your message.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of other people and the rules of connected providers.

  • Do not attempt to access another person's account or data without authorisation.
  • Do not bypass access controls, rate limits or provider quotas, or deliberately disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, conduct fraud or collect personal data unlawfully.
  • Do not resell or share account credentials or access tokens. Only provide data to assistants you are authorised to use for that data.

Your data and third-party services

You retain your rights in the data you connect or provide. You authorise IndexGlow to access, process, cache and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you request and as described in the Privacy Policy. Connecting data does not transfer ownership of it to IndexGlow.

Results sent to an assistant are processed under that provider's own terms and settings. Revoking its access does not recall data already received. Review the provider's rules before sending confidential or personal information.

The IndexGlow name, interface, text and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their respective licences. These terms do not limit rights granted by those licences.

Availability and interpretation of results

Search data from Google and Bing can be delayed, incomplete or subject to sampling, aggregation and provider limits, and the two engines do not report the same metrics. Average positions, estimates and comparisons require interpretation. AI-generated explanations can be incorrect. Check the underlying data before making decisions or approving changes.

IndexGlow does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue or an SEO outcome. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents or failures affecting a connected provider. It is not a backup or a permanent archive of your search data.

Each party remains responsible under applicable law for its own obligations and conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

Ending access

You can stop using IndexGlow, disconnect Google or Bing, revoke assistant access and delete your account through the application. Account deletion removes associated application records as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a breach of these terms or a security threat. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to resolve the issue. Urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice.

Changes and paid features

Features may evolve. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect. Any future paid plan will state its price, billing terms and cancellation conditions before purchase; these terms alone do not authorise a charge or a paid subscription.

Applicable law and contact

For questions or disputes, first contact so we can try to resolve the issue.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable rules; these terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers.
